The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results have been declared after an arduous wait by the students who had appeared for the exam. This exam was conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) on behalf of the Government of Karnataka.
This year a total of 2,30,605 candidates appeared for the exam in the various disciplines that were available – Engineering, Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary and other undergraduate programmes. The exam was conducted online in two different sections this year, with each section being of 90 minutes.
The results are now available on the official website of KEA. Students can also check their results and details on various other portals such as IndiaResults.com, eenadu.net, vijaykarnataka.com, and so on.
To check their results, students will have to enter their details like registration number, roll number and date of birth. Once the candidates have successfully entered the details, their results will be displayed.
The students who have cleared the exam will be called for counselling process. The counselling details will be shared on the official website a few days after the results have been declared. The counselling process will include document verification, allotment of some seats, and other related information.
This year’s KCET results have seen an increase in the number of medical aspirants and the total pass percentage stands at 83.1%.
