Nirman Shramik Odisha (NSO) is an initiative by the Odisha Government that provides various programs to encourage and support the development of skilled manpower in the State. Launched in 2012, the initiative has since seen tremendous success in helping Odisha rise to the forefront of skilled labour in India.
NSO works by providing skill-building opportunities to both unemployed and employed workers in the form of training and certification programs, employment schemes, industry-specific job fairs, and career counseling.
