Ganeshi Lal was born on May 16, 1947 in Delhi to a family of farmers. He completed his primary education in Delhi and graduated from Delhi University in 1969. He then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Kurukshetra.
Ganeshi Lal is a veteran leader of the BJP and was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Haryana from 1977 to 1982.
